The top 15 books that influenced my healing journey

It was hard to choose. I love to read! At different stages of my life, this list would be different, but right now these are the books I keep coming back to. They are the words that speak to me and help me change, morph, grow, and mostly think.

My top 15 (in no particular order):

  1. Untamed by Glennon Doyle

  2. How to Do the Work by Dr. Nicole LePera

  3. Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab

  4. The War of Art by Steven Pressfield

  5. The Magic of Surrender by Kute Blackson

  6. The Body is Not an Apology by Sonya Renee Taylor

  7. The Emotional Lives of Teenagers by Lisa Damour

  8. The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, MD

  9. Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza

  10. Heal Your Life by Louise Hay

  11. No Bad Parts by Richard C. Schwartz, PHD

  12. The Whole Brain Child by Dr. Dan Siegel and Tina Bryson, PhD

  13. Daring Greatly by Brene Brown

  14. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

  15. Top Five Regrets of the Dying by Bronnie Ware

What books have influenced you? As you can see, I’m a sucker for self-help and parenting books but I also love fiction and fantasy. Please post your recommendations below. And, of course, happy reading!
