When I became a mom, I found parenting really hard, and as much as I wanted to enjoy it, I felt disconnected from myself and the life I had built. I knew there had to be another way.

That’s when I found The Adult Chair®. As I began learning how to feel my emotions and listen to my intuition, the voice in my head started to quiet. For the first time, I could hear my voice, my intuition, and it changed everything.

Today, as a Certified Adult Chair® Coach, I help women like you reconnect with their inner voice and make a plan that feels right for you.
